Pasquale Bruni offers a complimentary 14-day return period for all fine jewelry pieces, provided they are in their original condition and include the authenticity certificate. Each piece must be unworn and returned with its original security seal intact to ensure a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully place the jewelry in its original Pasquale Bruni presentation box and secure it within the protective shipping carton along with the original invoice.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Affix the pre-paid insured shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package, ensuring any previous delivery labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Handover and Tracking

  Drop off your package at an authorized courier location or schedule a complimentary pickup, then retain your receipt to track the return status to our atelier.
